By agreeing to this personalised goal plan, you are committing to completing the full program as designed by your Herbody professional to achieve your desired results.
This plan is carefully structured to deliver the best outcome, and results rely on consistency and completion of all recommended treatments.
Choosing to discontinue the program partway through may impact your results, and dissatisfaction due to incomplete treatment does not entitle you to a refund.
1. Agreement
By enrolling in a Herbody Clinic Bespoke Payment Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement applies to all personalised skin and body treatment programs and forms a binding contract between you and Herbody Clinic.
2. Eligibility & Assessment
All clients must undergo a comprehensive pre-treatment assessment prior to approval. Treatment suitability is determined based on your skin and body condition, medical history, and treatment goals. Herbody Clinic reserves the right to decline or modify treatments if required for safety or clinical reasons.
3. Personalised Treatment Plans
Each plan is tailored specifically to your needs and may include multiple treatment types and sessions over time. Herbody Clinic reserves the right to adjust your treatment plan, frequency, or treatment approach based on how your skin or body responds to ensure the safest and most effective outcome.
4. Financial Commitment
By entering into a payment plan, you agree to pay the full agreed amount regardless of treatment usage. This is not a pay-per-session arrangement but a structured program designed as a whole.
5. Payment Structure & Direct Debit
Payments are divided into agreed instalments (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) across the duration of your plan. By enrolling, you authorise Herbody Clinic to debit your nominated payment method automatically on scheduled dates. It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are correct and active.
6. Missed or Failed Payments
Failed payments may incur fees. Treatments may be paused until your account is up to date. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation and referral to a debt recovery process.
7. Appointments & Scheduling
All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We will guide you on the recommended timing between sessions, which is an important part of achieving optimal results.
9. Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees or the forfeiture of a treatment session, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.
10. Refund Policy
All payment plans are non-refundable once commenced. This includes unused treatments, partial completion, or change of mind, except where required by law.
11. Refunds & Early Termination
All payment plans are strictly non-refundable once commenced.
If you choose to discontinue your plan early, the remaining balance may become immediately payable. Treatments already used may be recalculated at standard per-session rates, which may differ from your package pricing.
12. Results Disclaimer
Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as age, condition of the skin or body, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. While treatments are designed to deliver optimal outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
13. Client Responsibility & Medical Disclosure
You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history and notify your practitioner of any changes. You are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment care instructions, as these directly impact your results and safety.
14. Treatment Changes, Expiry & Transfers
Herbody Clinic reserves the right to modify or delay treatments if clinically necessary. Treatments must be used within the recommended timeframe and may expire if not completed. Payment plans and treatments are non-transferable unless approved by Herbody Clinic.
15. Liability, Promotions & Updates
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herbody Clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes where all proper procedures and protocols have been followed.
Promotional inclusions are conditional upon full completion of the treatment plan and may be withdrawn if the plan is not completed.
Herbody Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
